Bank Microfinance Company was established by the “Declaration” – “Reliable” – “Knowledge of Asset” (Bank Microfinance), as an Indian financial institution. Bank Microfinance Company was incorporated on 24th November 2022 as a Microfinance company, regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and approved by the Government of India (GOI).
